We are ethically obliged to ensure we listen to you to offer the best product and service to meet your needs. We will always offer our guidance on your requirements to ensure you benefit from better service, higher quality and lower prices or in some cases all three.

Customer Queries:

We endeavour to answer all calls within thirty seconds, reply to all emails within four working hours, webchat within thirty seconds and letters within two working days.

Product Quality:

East Anglia Laundry ensure that products are sourced from reputable manufacturers who are leaders in the linen supply industry. All our suppliers are vetted to ensure they meet the relevant legislation in their field.

Deliveries:

We commit to delivering fresh linen on the agreed days on a reoccurring weekly schedule. All bed, table & kitchen linen will be wrapped in recyclable materials whilst towelling will be packed into hampers.

Collections:

We collect soiled linen on the same days as your deliveries. Please ensure all linen is securely fastened in your hampers with a laundry ticket.

Health, Safety & Protection:

All our drivers are experienced, trained professionals who undertake their work safely and are equipped with the appropriate PPE. In the unlikely event that something should go wrong on site, we protect you with a £10m public liability policy.

Processing:

Your linen will be processed using proven methods with the latest state of the art machinery delivering world class finishing.

Stock Levels:

With our dedicated linen service, you will be pleased to hear that there isn’t a requirement for frequent, time consuming stock takes. However, we can conduct these at the customers request should an issue arise. Increases or decreases of stocks can be done by contacting your account manager.

Onboarding:

Upon signing up to our service, you will receive a welcome pack with all the relevant information including a copy of your service agreement. You will be assigned a dedicated account manager who will be your single point of contact for all service related enquiries.

Invoicing:

Invoices are raised weekly, in arrears & via email, to ensure greater auditing. All invoices will display the quantity processed and charges for the period.

Payments:

The preferred method is via DD where payments can be collected weekly or monthly as per your instructions. Alternatively, BACS and cheques are accepted.

After Care:

Our reputation is important to us therefore we commit to keeping in touch every three months, at a minimum, to ensure services are going well and to answer any questions that you may have.
