What is included in the laundry service?

We will collect soiled linen from your site, wash, dry, press and pack your linen and then deliver the fresh linen back to you within the pre-agreed time frame.

What is included in the linen rental service?

Everything in the laundry service is included but you also have the added benefit of no upfront cost of having to purchase linen. We work out the amount of stock required and have it delivered to you within the pre-agreed time frame.

Do we have to separate bed linen from towels etc?

No you don’t however it is good practice to do so. We insist on kitchen linen being separate from any table or bed linen.

How much will it cost?

Please contact us in order for us to provide you with a quote. Each quotation is tailor made dependant on your requirements and volumes.

What charges are in place for lost or damaged hired stock?

We charge for lost or damaged stock, the replacement costs of the items will be included on your welcome pack. We offer information packs for your staff of how to handle linen to ensure it is not damaged therefore avoiding these unnecessary charges.

Are there any hidden charges?

No, we like to be clear and transparent. We do not charge items such as bag charges, cage charges, delivery charges or even environmental charges. You simply pay a fixed price or pay for what you use including a minimum charge if you have one.

How often will you pick up /drop off?

Depending on your requirements, a pre-agreed collection and delivery schedule will be agreed. This can be from daily to once per week depending on your volumes.

Do I have to provide our own laundry bags?

No, we can provide you laundry sacks and hampers on hire for no additional cost if you’re on our linen rental service.

Is there anything we need to do before our collection?

You need to ensure linen is securely fastened in the provided sacks or hampers and they are not overfilled. Please ensure you have filled in your laundry ticket and placed it in to one of the soiled sacks or hampers. Please also ensure linen is ready to collect from the pre-agreed collection point.

Can you deliver or collect outside of the delivery schedule?

Yes, as long as we have enough notice. We like to be flexible and help clients out of potentially tricky situations.

Who will be my point of contact?

You will have one designated point of contact that will look after all of your requirements. We don’t believe in having sales reps and then having you call a raft of 0800 numbers, never speaking to the same person. We value customer relations.

Are they contactable outside of Mon- Friday 9-5pm?

Yes, you will be provided with contact details for your account manager. We also have a dedicated whatsapp number and email for out of hours queries.

How do I get invoiced?

You are invoiced weekly, in arrears, and it is sent to the accounts email you have provided.

What are your payment terms?

This varies on your business credit history and can range from payment on delivery to 30 days.

How can I pay?

We prefer a direct debit being set up and can collect payments as per the agreement. Alternatively, you can pay via BACS or Cheque.
